Compliance, certifications and risk controls.
ENFA LLC operates as a structured supply desk. Every program is reviewed against certification, documentation, cold-chain and payment-route standards before offer confirmation.
How we build trust into every shipment
Certifications and approvals vary by supplier facility, product, origin and production line. ENFA confirms the applicable certificate package during RFQ and offer review — no generalized claims are made across every product or supplier.
Company Identity
ENFA LLC is a Texas-based trade platform structuring institutional supply of meat, seafood and marine ingredients across Europe, the United States and the Middle East.
View company factsSector Experience
Built on 25 years of European meat and processed meat supply experience through founder and sector partner network. ENFA LLC itself is a younger company operating on this base.

Approved supplier facilities across European, South American and other origins — reviewed per product, category, origin and production line before offer confirmation.
Supplier Certifications
Certification landscape ENFA works with — BRCGS, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, Halal, EU approval, grass-fed programs — verified per supplier facility, product, origin and production line.
View standardsApproved Facilities
Where required, supply is routed through EU-approved, halal-approved or destination-market-approved production facilities. Applicable approvals are confirmed at RFQ level per product and origin.
Halal Assurance
Halal-certified beef, poultry, lamb, processed chicken and döner programs — verified per supplier facility, product and production line. ENFA does not present halal as universal to every ENFA product.
Documentation
Commercial invoice, packing list, health certificates, certificates of origin, halal certificates where applicable, bills of lading, inspection reports and certificates of analysis — reviewed as a package before shipment.
Trade Finance
Structured payment routes and finance-secured execution reduce counterparty risk on both buyer and supplier sides. Payment structures reviewed per program.
Cold Chain
Temperature integrity from origin to destination — cold-chain routing, container monitoring where agreed, and cold-chain documentation reviewed at offer and shipment stage.
Seafood & Marine Ingredients Compliance
Species, origin, catch certificate where applicable, sustainability certification (MSC / ASC / GlobalG.A.P. / Friend of the Sea) where supported, plus certificate of analysis, heavy metals, dioxin/PCB and salmonella testing where required for marine ingredients.
Buyer & Supplier Screening
Screening for identity, jurisdiction, payment route, sanctions exposure and documentation is performed before any offer is issued or confirmed.
Compliance Notes
TRACES NT, EUDR-aligned documentation review and destination-market veterinary/import requirements are reviewed per RFQ. ENFA does not confirm shipments before the applicable compliance package is verified.
