This also includes deal-stage information, LOI details, and document references generated during transaction execution.

Technical & Usage Data

Confidentiality

Commercial Confidentiality

All commercial information submitted through RFQ forms, including pricing, volume, specifications, and trade intentions, is treated as strictly confidential.

ENFA LLC may use this information solely for the purpose of preparing offers, LOIs, and executing trade operations.

We do not disclose counterparty identities to suppliers or buyers without explicit authorization. The separation between ENFA's supplier relationships and buyer relationships is maintained at all times, ensuring neither party gains access to the other's commercial terms, identity, or proprietary information.

Retention

Data Retention

We retain personal and business data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, subject to the following criteria:

  • Active Trade Relationships — Data is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for a period of seven (7) years following the last transaction, consistent with trade record-keeping obligations.
  • Inquiries & Unexecuted RFQs — Contact and trade data from inquiries that do not result in a transaction are retained for up to two (2) years, after which they are anonymized or deleted.
  • Website Analytics — Technical data is retained in aggregated, non-identifiable form and purged on a rolling basis.
  • Legal & Compliance Records — Retained as required by applicable law, including tax, customs, and sanctions screening records.
Transfers

International Data Transfers
