ENFA LLC operates as an independent principal trader in the international frozen meat commodity market. Our platform facilitates the execution of B2B trade transactions involving beef, poultry, and lamb, sourced primarily from South American origins for delivery to markets in Europe, the United States, and the Middle East.

The Website provides information about our trade capabilities, product portfolio, compliance infrastructure, and enables counterparties to submit RFQs and applications. The Website does not constitute an e-commerce platform, marketplace, or brokerage service.

ENFA LLC operates as an independent principal trader. All transactions are conducted on a back-to-back basis with separate contractual relationships between ENFA LLC and its suppliers, and ENFA LLC and its buyers.

ENFA LLC does not act as an agent or intermediary unless explicitly stated in writing. No information provided on this Website or through communications with ENFA LLC shall be construed as establishing an agency, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

Information provided through RFQ submissions or other communications does not create any direct relationship between supplier and buyer. Each counterparty's contractual obligations exist solely vis-à-vis ENFA LLC as the contracting principal.

Submission of an inquiry or RFQ does not guarantee allocation, pricing, or execution of any transaction. All information displayed on the Website, including product availability, specifications, and indicative pricing, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer.

All deals are subject to supplier confirmation, compliance checks (including TRACES NT plant approval verification and EUDR due diligence), logistics feasibility, and financial approval (including letter of credit or credit insurance availability).

ENFA LLC reserves the right to decline any inquiry or withdraw any offer at any stage prior to the execution of a binding contract.

All content presented on this Website — including product descriptions, trade structures, compliance references, and pricing indications — is for general information purposes only and does not constitute a public offer, invitation to treat, or binding commitment of any kind.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Fort Bend County, Texas. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue therein.

For trade contracts executed between ENFA LLC and its counterparties, the governing law and dispute resolution mechanism shall be as specified in the applicable signed contract, which may differ from these Website Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
