ENFA structures regular Yellowfin tuna (Thunnus albacares) HGT supply for fish wholesalers, seafood importers, distributors and tuna canning factories. HGT means headed, gutted and tailed. Our sourcing programme covers Morocco, Senegal, Mauritania, Guinea-Bissau and Panama, with regular supply throughout the year. Fresh/chilled HGT is supplied exclusively by air freight, with a minimum shipment of 1,000 kg. Frozen HGT is offered from one full 40-ft refrigerated container. ENFA has a supply agreement covering 10 containers per month; individual shipment allocation, loading weight and dispatch schedules are confirmed with each order. Product size, commercial quality grade, processing specification, packaging and destination requirements are agreed with the buyer. Whole-fish and loin photographs illustrate related presentations; availability and specifications for these formats are quoted separately on enquiry.
