ENFA structures frozen tilapia fillet programs from selected farms and processing plants. Supplier references include normal or deep-skinned, well-trimmed fillets; IQF, interleaved or block freezing; 0–30% glazing; chemical-free or destination-compliant treatment; multiple ounce size grades; and retail, vacuum, IWP or bulk packaging. Exact species, country of origin, plant, treatment, net-weight basis and documentation must be approved per order.
